§ 16-220. Compliance with Financial Institutions Reform, Recovery, and Enforcement Act of 1989
Currentness
All regulations adopted under this title by the Commission applicable to the provision of real estate appraisal services shall comply with the requirements of the federal Financial Institutions Reform, Recovery, and Enforcement Act of 1989.1
