PETITION FOR EXPUNGEMENT OF JUVENILE RECORDS
(Code, Courts Article, § 3-8A-27.1)

a. [ ] The State's Attorney entered a nolle prosequi.
b. [ ] The delinquency or Child in Need of Supervision petition or the citation was dismissed.
