RULE 12-201. APPLICABILITY
The rules in this Chapter govern actions for acquisition of property by condemnation under the power of eminent domain.

Committee note: These rules are not intended to cover “condemnation” of property as hazardous to health, etc., or to repeal or supersede statutory or constitutional authority for “quick take” procedures.
