§ 12-842. Termination
Currentness
Subject to the evaluation and reestablishment provisions of the Maryland Program Evaluation Act,1 the provisions of this title that create or relate to the Board and any regulations adopted by the Board shall terminate and be of no effect after July 1, 2029.
