§ 26-102. Offenses by vehicle owners
Requiring or permitting operation of vehicle against the law
(a) A person who owns a vehicle may not require or knowingly permit the operation of the vehicle on a highway in any manner contrary to law.
Employment or direction of driver operating vehicle against the law
(b) A person who employs or otherwise directs the driver of a vehicle may not require or knowingly permit the operation of the vehicle on a highway in any manner contrary to law.
