§ 7-257. Suspension and revocation of permits or certificates
(a) In accordance with the Administrative Procedure Act1 and after notice and hearing, the Department may suspend or revoke any facility permit, hauler certificate, or vehicle certificate for violation of any federal or State law, rule, or regulation that relates to controlled hazardous substances.
(b) The Department may revoke any facility permit issued under this subtitle if the Department finds that:
