§ 10-831. Meetings; quorum

Meetings
(a) The Institute Board shall determine the times and places of its meetings.
Quorum; voting
(b)(1) Seven members of the Institute Board are a quorum.
(2) The Institute Board may act with an affirmative vote of five members.
