RULE 10-206. ANNUAL REPORT--GUARDIANSHIP OF A MINOR OR DISABLED PERSON
(a) Report Required. Other than a temporary guardian, a guardian of the person of a minor or disabled person shall file an annual report in the action. The reporting year shall end on (1) the anniversary of the date the court assumed jurisdiction over the person or (2) any other date approved by the trust clerk or the court.
Cross reference: See Code, Estates and Trusts Article, § 13-708(b)(7), which provides that the court may appoint a guardian of the person of a disabled person for a limited period of time, and that the annual report may be filed biannually.
