RULE 10-604. ATTORNEY FOR PERSON WHOSE IDENTITY OR WHEREABOUTS IS UNKNOWN
The court may appoint an attorney to protect the interest of a person whose identity or whereabouts is unknown. The fee of the attorney shall be fixed by the court and paid out of the property or portion thereof to be distributed pursuant to court order.
