§ 12-206. Conduct of hearing
Currentness
Except as otherwise provided in this article, a hearing held under the Maryland Vehicle Law1 shall be conducted in accordance with Title 10, Subtitle 2 of the State Government Article (Administrative Procedure Act-Contested Cases2).
