RULE 10-502. NOTICE
The petitioner shall serve all interested persons and all others exercising control of any or all of the fiduciary estate by mailing to them by ordinary mail and by certified mail, unless the court directs otherwise, a copy of the petition and a show cause order issued pursuant to Rule 10-104.
