§ 3-210. Appeals

Construction with State Government Article
(a) Any person aggrieved by any final action of the Board may take an appeal as allowed in §§ 10-222 and 10-223 of the State Government Article.
Appeals by Board
(b) The Board may appeal from a decision of the circuit court.
