§ 11-402. Power of Board to issue licenses
Currentness
Subject to the provisions of this subtitle, the Board may issue:
(1) a license;
(2) a 40-foot-draft limited license;
(3) a 36-foot-draft limited license; and
(4) a 32-foot-draft limited license.
