§ 3-208. Additional powers and duties of Board

(a) In addition to any powers set forth elsewhere, the Board may adopt:
(1) any regulation to carry out this title; and
(2) a seal.
Record of proceedings
(b) In addition to any duties set forth elsewhere, the Board shall keep a record of its proceedings.
