RULE 10-105. WAIVER OF NOTICE
(a) Method of Waiver. An interested person other than a minor or disabled person may waive the right to any or all notices other than original notice by filing a signed waiver. A minor or disabled person may waive the right to any or all notices other than original notice by a waiver signed and filed by his or her attorney, which shall not be effective until approved by the court.
(b) Revocation. A waiver of notice may be revoked at any time by the filing of a revocation, which shall be effective from the date filed.
