§ 2-3B-06. Assist the practice of audiology
In general
(a) A licensed audiology assistant shall assist the practice of audiology under the general supervision of a licensed audiologist.
Number of assistants
(b) A licensed audiologist may provide general supervision for not more than two licensed audiology assistants at any time.
