§ 5-404. Meetings and compensation

Meetings
(a) The Board shall determine the times and places of its meetings.
Compensation and reimbursement for expenses
(b) A member of the Board:
(1) May not receive compensation; but
(2) Is entitled to reimbursement for expenses under the Standard State Travel Regulations,1 as provided in the State budget.
