§ 10-524. Appeals
Currentness
Any person aggrieved by a final decision of the Secretary in a contested case, as defined in the Administrative Procedure Act,1 may petition for judicial review as allowed by the Administrative Procedure Act to the circuit court for the county where the private group home is located or planned.
