§ 11-109. Commercial driver's license
Currentness
“Commercial driver's license” and “CDL” means a license issued in accordance with Title 16, Subtitle 8 of this article or by another state pursuant to the federal Commercial Motor Vehicle Safety Act of 19861 to an individual which authorizes the individual to drive a class of commercial motor vehicle.
