RULE 7-111. STAY OF ENFORCEMENT OF JUDGMENT; BOND
The procedures set forth in Rules 8-422, 8-423, and 8-424 apply to appeals from the District Court. References in those Rules to the Appellate Court shall be regarded as references to the circuit court having jurisdiction of the appeal.
