§ 19-703. Evidence of indebtedness
Currentness
The governing body of a county may:
(1) issue bonds, notes, or other evidence of indebtedness to repay money borrowed under this subtitle; and
(2) impose a tax to pay the principal of and interest on the evidences of indebtedness.
