§ 9-311. Additional compensation and expenses for members of local board
(a)(1) The members of a local board shall each be entitled to extra compensation, in addition to their regular compensation, for duties actually performed under this subtitle.
(b) Subject to § 9-106 of this title, the governing body of a county shall provide to the local board of the county an amount that is reasonable and necessary to pay for expenses, including the employment of temporary personnel, required for performing the duties required under this subtitle.
