§ 26-803. Class C beer and light wine license
Established
(a) There is a Class C beer and light wine license.
Scope of authorization
(b) The license authorizes the license holder to sell beer and light wine to a member of a club and guests of members, at retail, at the place described in the license, for on-premises consumption.
Fee
(c) The annual license fee is $245.
