§ 2-805. Meetings
Currentness
Quorum
(a) A majority of the full authorized membership of the Committee is a quorum.
Time and place of meetings
(b) The Committee shall meet:
(1) at the times and places that it determines; and
(2) at the call of its chairman or, if the chairman is absent, at the call of its vice chairman.
