RULE 16-915. CASE RECORDS--REQUIRED DENIAL OF INSPECTION -- SPECIFIC INFORMATION
Except as otherwise provided by law, the Rules in this Chapter, or court order, a custodian shall deny inspection of a case record or a part of a case record that would reveal:
(c) The address, telephone number, and e-mail address of a victim or victim's representative in a criminal action, juvenile delinquency action, or an action under Code, Family Law Article, Title 4, Subtitle 5, who has requested, or as to whom the State has requested, that such information be shielded. Such a request may be made at any time, including in a victim notification request form filed with the clerk or a request or petition filed under Rule 16-934.
(d) The address, telephone number, and e-mail address of a witness in a criminal or juvenile delinquency action, who has requested, or as to whom the State has requested, that such information be shielded. Such a request may be made at any time, including a request or petition filed under Rule 16-934.
