§ 31-2004. Beer, wine, and liquor licenses
(a) A holder of a Class A beer, wine, and liquor (off-sale) license may sell beer, wine, and liquor:
(b)(1) A holder of a Class B beer, wine, and liquor (on- and off-sale) license may sell beer, wine, and liquor:
