§ 2-707. Rules of legislative ethics
(a)(1) The Committee may propose the adoption, amendment, or repeal of rules of legislative ethics.
(b) The rules may supplement but may not be inconsistent with the provisions of the Maryland Public Ethics Law1 that relate to members of the General Assembly.
