RULE 11-105. SUBPOENAS
Currentness
(a) Generally. Except as otherwise provided by law, the clerk shall issue a subpoena for each witness requested by any party, pursuant to Rule 2-510.
(b) Hospital Records. A subpoena for hospital records may be issued in accordance with Rule 2-510 (i).
