§ 1-204. Survey of health occupations
(a) In this section the following words have the meanings indicated.
(b) Each year, the Secretary shall:
(c) Each board or commission established under this article shall provide the Secretary with any information the Secretary may require to conduct the activities under subsection (b) of this section.
(d) Each year, the Secretary shall report to the General Assembly, in accordance with § 2-1257 of the State Government Article, the Governor, and the Maryland Higher Education Commission on the number and types of areas of shortage and the projected statewide employment vacancy rates in hospitals and related institutions.
