§ 18-705. Confidentiality of information
Currentness
Information collected by the Center and intended for use in a research project or study is:
(1) Confidential; and
(2) Not discoverable or admissible in evidence in a civil or criminal action to determine:
(i) Cause of death; or
(ii) Liability for injury or death.
