RULE 7-106. PARTIES--JOINDER AND SUBSTITUTION
(a) Joinder Not Required. An appeal may be filed with or without the assent or joinder of coplaintiffs, codefendants, or other parties.
(b) Substitution. The proper person may be substituted for a party on appeal in accordance with Rule 2-241.
