RULE 6-442. PROPOSAL FOR DISTRIBUTION OF PROPERTY
(a) Proposal. After the probable charges against the estate are known, the personal representative may serve a proposal for distribution of property on all persons who have a right to object to the proposed distribution. The proposal shall contain a summary of the assets and liabilities of the estate, a brief description of the property to be distributed and a statement of the proposed manner of its distribution, and a notice that failure to serve an objection within 30 days after service of the proposal constitutes a waiver of the right to do so.
(b) Objection. Any objection to the proposed distribution shall be in writing and shall be served on the personal representative within 30 days after service of the proposal.
