§ 9-232. Volunteer or trainee-Maryland Department of Emergency Management
Currentness
Covered employee
(a) Each regularly enrolled volunteer member or trainee of the Maryland Department of Emergency Management established under the Maryland Emergency Management Act1 is a covered employee.
Employer
(b) For the purposes of this title, the State is the employer of each individual who is a covered employee under this section.
