§ 11-317. Powers--Borrowing authority
Currentness
The authority may:
(1) borrow money to finance costs of a project or for any other corporate purpose of the authority;
(2) mortgage or otherwise encumber its property or revenues for the loan; and
(3) combine projects for financing.
