RULE 6-127. AMENDMENTS AND CORRECTIONS
(a) Amendments. Amendments to papers filed with the court or the register shall be freely allowed when justice so permits.
(b) Required Corrections. A personal representative who discovers that a document previously filed is incomplete or erroneous shall promptly file with the register an amendment or supplemental document reciting the correct information.
(c) Service. The amended or supplemental document shall be served on any persons served with the document being amended or supplemented and on such other persons as the court may direct.
