§ 8.3-203. Rights under this title may not be diminished or waived
Currentness
Diminishment
(a) An employee's right to benefits under this title may not be diminished by a collective bargaining agreement or by an employer policy.
Waiver
(b) An agreement to waive the employee's rights under this title is void as against public policy.
