GUIDELINE 12. DISCOVERY DISPUTES
Currentness
(a) Consistent with Maryland Rule 2-431, attorneys should communicate with each other to make every good faith effort to resolve discovery disputes before seeking Court involvement.
(b) Disputes that cannot be resolved should be submitted to the Court promptly.
