§ 17-1305. Wine tasting (Class T) license
Established
(a) There is a wine tasting (Class T) license.
Scope of authorization
(b) The license authorizes the holder to hold wine tasting parties and demonstrations.
Form of application
(c) The license shall be:
(1) issued on a form that the Board requires; and
(2) signed and sworn to by the applicant.
Limitations
(d)(1) The license issued may be issued to a person not more than four times in a calendar year.
(2) The total number of days that the license is in effect may not exceed four in a calendar year.
Fee
(e) The license fee is $25 per day.
