§ 14-1705. Compliance with Consumer Credit Protection Act
Currentness
Notwithstanding any other provisions of this subtitle, compliance with Subchapter IV of the federal Consumer Credit Protection Act1 and regulations promulgated thereunder shall constitute compliance with this subtitle.
