§ 32-1001.3. Class B-DT (dinner theater) beer, wine, and liquor license
Establishment
(a) There is a Class B-DT (dinner theater) beer, wine, and liquor license.
Eligibility
(b) The Board may issue the license for the use of a dinner theater that:
(1) provides live music, entertainment, Broadway-style musicals, comedy, dance performances, or drama to the dinner theater's customers;
(2) is open to the public by reservation only; and
(3) contains a dining room with facilities for serving full-course meals for at least 80 individuals at one seating.
Authorizations
(c)(1) The license authorizes the license holder to sell at retail for on-premises consumption:
(i) beer and wine by the drink or bottle; and
(ii) liquor by the drink.
(2) A license holder may not sell alcoholic beverages:
(i) for off-premises consumption; or
(ii) at any time except in conjunction with the dinner theater.
Dates and times of sale
(d) A license holder may sell beer, wine, and liquor beginning 2 hours before a live performance until the end of the performance and during the hours and days as set out under § 32-2004 of this title.
Availability of food
(e) Food shall be available at a function where beer, wine, and liquor are served.
Fee
(f) The annual license fee is $1,500.
