§ 4-1040. Requirements for clam dredges in or crossing restricted areas

Clam dredges in or crossing restricted areas
(a) A clam dredge in or crossing a restricted area shall have the dredge's conveyor raised above the surface of the water.
Oysters aboard clam dredge boat prohibited
(b) A person may not have any oysters aboard a clam dredge boat.
