RULE 11-109. PRODUCTION OF CHILD
Currentness
Unless the child's presence is excused by the court for good cause, the child's custodian shall bring the child to all hearings under the Rules in this Title. An attorney for the child may waive the child's presence in any proceeding other than a delinquency proceeding or a child consultation pursuant to Code, Courts Article, ยง 3-823 (j).
