§ 15-606. Eligibility for donated drugs or supplies
Currentness
To be eligible to receive donated prescription drugs or medical supplies, an individual shall:
(1) Be a resident of the State; and
(2) Be a needy patient, as indicated by the individual's health care practitioner.
