§ 9-1018. Judicial review
Currentness
In general
(a) Any person aggrieved by a final decision of the Secretary in a contested case under this subtitle may take a direct judicial appeal.
Application of Administrative Procedure Act
(b) The appeal shall be made as provided for judicial review of final decisions in the Administrative Procedure Act.1
