§ 9-2435. Duration of Part III of this subtitle
Currentness
Subject to the evaluation and reestablishment provisions of the Maryland Program Evaluation Act,1 Part III of this subtitle and all regulations adopted under this part shall terminate and be of no effect after July 1, 2033.
