§ 11-913. Quorum, meetings, and compensation of Board

§ 11-913. Quorum, meetings, and compensation of Board
Currentness
Quorum
(a) A majority of the members then serving on the Board is a quorum.
Time and place of meetings
(b) The Board sets the times and places of its meetings.
Compensation or reimbursement for expenses
(c) A member of the Board:
(1) may not receive compensation as a member of the Board; but
(2) is entitled to reimbursement for expenses under the Standard State Travel Regulations,1 as provided in the State budget.
