§ 7-415. Thurgood Marshall Day
Proclamation
(a) The Governor annually shall proclaim July 2 as Thurgood Marshall Day.
Observance
(b) The proclamation shall urge educational and cultural organizations to observe Thurgood Marshall Day properly.
