§ 2-302.1. Hearing aid dispensing license requirements
(a) To qualify for an initial license to practice hearing aid dispensing, an applicant shall be an individual who meets the requirements of this section.
(c) The applicant shall:
(d)(1) Except as otherwise provided in this subtitle, the applicant shall pass an examination given by the Board under this subtitle.
