§ 11-606. Violation of conditions of employment
(a) If an incarcerated individual violates a condition imposed for the incarcerated individual's conduct, custody, or employment, the incarcerated individual shall be returned to the court.
(b) The court may:
(1) require that the balance of the incarcerated individual's sentence be served in actual confinement; and
(2) cancel any earned diminution of the incarcerated individual's term of confinement.
