§ 5-503. Montgomery County employees who assist with preparation of complaints
In Montgomery County, the following individuals are not liable to any person for advice or help given in the course of employment in connection with the preparation of a complaint:
(1) A clerk of any court or an employee of a clerk;
(2) The Sheriff or a deputy sheriff; or
(3) An employee of the register of wills.
